We are open from 8:30AM until 5PM Monday-Friday with other times available by appointment.
We are located in Metairie (outside New Orleans) at the intersection of I-10 and Causeway Blvd.

We accept cash and checks as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, the Novus family of cards (Discover).
Who Are We?
High Tech Solutions, formerly High Tech Computers, has been locally owned since 1989. We are a full service IT consulting firm offering consulting, network design, maintenance, hardware sales and service. We specialize in serving small and medium sized businesses in the New Orleans metropolitan area.
Our Philosophy
Our first goal is superior customer service and support. Most of our business is obtained through satisfied customers referring others to our company. We value our good name and want to keep you happy. We pride ourselves in our long-term customer relationships. We have strong relationships with our customers. We are still supporting client that started using our services when we opened our doors in 1989.
In the hardware arena our philosophy is price vs. performance. We constantly evaluate computer components and are always ready to recommend the best value that current technology has to offer, not simply the most expensive.
