Accessing email inside of my web browser (webmail)

*Replace domainname.com below with your own domain hosted on our servers

To access your email from a web page:

1. Enter the address http://www.domainname.com/webmail into your web browser. Alternately you many enter the address https://domainname.com:2096.
2. Enter your FULL email address (such as user@domainname.com) in the "User Name" field as well as your case-sensitive password.
3. You will be given the option to change your email settings or read your email.  The two email software options are Read Mail Using Horde or Read Mail Using RoundCube.  RoundCube is a simpler web mail client and Horde has more functionality but is less user-friendly.  You may choose to use either of these two interfaces to read your email but we recommend RoundCube and it is best to stick with one after you decide. Using the "Enable AutoLoad" feature, and changing the load time to 1 second, is a handy way to go directly to reading your email every time you log in.

*Remember that High Tech WebMail allows you to maintain email that you have not retrieved with an external email client such as Outlook. In a normal configuration, once you download your email in Outlook, it will no longer be available inside of WebMail since you have deleted it.
